The secret of a fine yarn

While working hard on our Winter Collection 2011, we came across gorgeous yarns and threads that we can’t get tired to touch and admire.

We discovered the greatness of Patagonian Merino wools, which we immediately incorporated in our new designs. But before we headed back to our community of female artisans to share our discoveries, we surrendered ourselves to them and started knitting beautiful and snappy scarfettes that we are now donning ourselves during the icy Argentinian Winter season.  No matter where we go, we inevitably  receive compliments and great reviews from friends and people in general. We have been commended for them at parties, trade shows and even on the streets!

One of the most striking aspects of these wools is that they are 100% organic and hand dyed with natural pigments such as saffron, beets and other natural elements. Both the chunkiness and softness of these yarns are Bettina’s favorites. But my absolute favorite characteristic is no other than the striking color combinations: violets marries with moss greens, cobalt blue with apple greens, fiery oranges and steely greys….

This collection’s featured yarns have also a plethora of fun details that will surely appeal to your taste: felt balls, wool flowers, cotton ribbons, fur, and many marvelous and rustic elements. Check them out!
